Breaking In Your Walking Boots

When you first buy your Walking Boots, the first few times you wear them are going to be rather uncomfortable. It’s unfortunate but it is the nature of the product in adapting to you and ultimately becoming more comfortable and protective for you. Try wearing them around the house while they are still clean. Next, try turning it up a level by going outside. Target any nearby shops or just go for a short stroll around the neighbourhood with the dog. Each time you venture outside, increase your journey’s distance to test them out more and more until you are comfortable enough to take them out on the real thing.

In this time, make sure you are wearing your walking socks as well so as not to cause further unnecessary pain or discomfort. By breaking in the boots in small stages, you are less likely to get blisters and other pains that can be caused by new, uncomfortable boots. It is also important to wear them properly by being laced up tight.
